We are happy to announce that Spellbound Games will be running a Standard League every Sunday. We will run it for 6 weeks. Each week players will receive points based on the ranking they come, and will receive different prize support tiers on week 7 (we may run a final tournament for top 4 for final Ranking).
To balance the point system and not have to punish players for missing a game, we will be using ONLY 4 BEST result of each player. So in other words, if you are doing well in the league, you can take 2 weeks off - And if you come all 6 weeks, you will not get punished for doing bad in 2 weeks.
Format: Standard with top 4 cut for on day prizes
Entry: $15 per week
Time: 11:30am
Prize support based on 8 players per league week
$40 towards the final prize pool
1st: 5 Booster pack + 1 Standard Showdown Pack
2nd: 3 Booster pack + 1 Standard Showdown Pack
3rd / 4th: 2 Booster pack + 1 Standard Showdown Pack
5~8th: 1 Booster pack
To celebrate the first League, we will be throwing in a free Bundle Box for the next set Dominaria which is on top of the final prize pool to A RANDOM player who have played at least 4 weeks of league. (The bundle will be drawn on Week 7, and it will be given once the set is given out on release date)
