Note: Due to system limitations, please ensure that you place a separate order for each service required (graded encapsulation or authentication encapsulation).
Please make sure that you register with an active email account as completion notification will be sent via email.
Order instructions.
1. At checkout, please list clearly the card name(s) and your preferred label colour(s) under your order instructions. Currently we have 5 different colors, blue, red, green, yellow and purple.
2. Please put each card in a penny sleeve and tape a small piece of paper on the sleeve. Then place the sleeved card into a toploader. The tape/ paper will act as a pull tab for our staff to remove your card safely.
3. Save and print your order confirmation, this is to be handed in with your card(s) should you prefer to drop in personally. If you are sending the cards in via mail, please make sure that all the cards are bubble wrapped and placed in a sturdy packaging.
If you do not have any access to a printer, please just make sure the order number is attached with the package.

4. Sit back and relax! Upon receiving your cards, we have a 3 working day turnaround for authentication encapsulation and 10 working day turnaround for graded encapsulation. Please note that these are estimates and may subject to change.
5. We will reach out via email when your cards are ready to be picked up. If shipping is selected, you will receive a tracking number.
Each Reliq will have it's own unique QR code printed on it, and will be updated onto our official database at Reliq.co.nz

- Dragonball Super
- Flesh and Blood
- Weiss Schwarz
We will be happy to Authentic Encapsulate any trading cards that are standard sized.
